Menchi Metro (Monsilvan: 门池捷运; pinyin: Ménchí Jiéyùn), also known as Menchi MRT, is a rapid transit network serving the city of Menchi, Meixian and some surrounding towns. The first two lines of the network were proposed in 2003, and completed in May 2006. The last two, Green and Yellow, were proposed in 2010 and 2014 and completed in 2014 and 2017 respectively. The MRT officially opened on 25 May 2006 with the Red and Blue lines. The MRT is operated by the Menchi Mass Transit Rail Corporation (MMRTC; 门池捷运公司) and is owned by the Menchi City Council.

The metro is the deepest in Monsilva, with stations reaching depths of over 40 metres below sea level.

Routes

Menchi Metro is made up of four lines: Red, Blue, Yellow, and Green. The majority of these stations are underground, while ones in the suburbs of the city and in surrounding areas are often above-ground. All underground stations have full height platform screen doors and are required to have at least two to six working elevators (depending on the size of the station) due to the unusual depth of the stations which have been designed to be deep in order to prevent flooding from the city's many canals and rivers.
