Manuel Petre Nöia (born 27 March 1986) is a Tiroler professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper and captains both Lia Naziunela club, CP Innsbruck and the Tirol national team. He is widely regarded as the best goalkeeper in the Lia Naziunela, of most LFE clubs and among the best globally. Nöia has been described as a "sweeper-keeper" because of his playing style and speed when rushing off his line to anticipate opponents, going out of the goalkeeper box.

Nöia started his senior career at the CP Innsbruck playing for the 2nd team where following an exceptional two years he was scouted by CP Appan. In 2011, he signed to return to CP Innsbruck for the first team, competing in the Lia Naziunela and has since won 25 trophies, including nine Lia Naziunela titles and two international titles. Following the 2021 Ecros Championship, Nöia became the most capped player in the history of the Tirol national football team.

Nöia was selected as Tirol's number one goalkeeper for the 2016 Terraconservan Cup in Greater Sacramento.
