The MacMorrow International Airport (IATA: AIM, ICAO: GJMA), commonly referred to as MacMorrow or The Mac, is a international airport located in downtown Gjorka City, Gjorka. The airport is one of two that services the Gjorka City metropolitan area, the other being BGCI. It along with the Greater Nomakoa International Airport are the two busiests airports in Gjorka and account for a majority of international travel to Gjorka.
The airport was announced in 1960 by Caelan MacRory in order to improve Gjorka's global image. Due to it being located in downtown Gjorka most of the airport was built on reclaimed sea, but someone of it was built on land requiring mass evictions. It opened in 1970 as Eamon de Valera International Airport and quickly became the primary airport for Gjorka City. Following the Black Revolution in 1972, the airport was renamed Gjorka City International Airport and stayed as such until 1991. To celebrate the new Federation of Gjorka the airport was renamed again to MacMorrow International Airport to celebrate President Samuel MacMorrow. The airport is Gjorka's busiest for domestic flights, second busiest for international flights, and swaps places often with Greater Nomakoa for busiest overall.
