The 2003-2020 phase of the Lyoan conflict is an umbrella term to describe a variety of insurgencies, rebellions, and wars that occurred within Lyoa between 2002 and 2020. The wars largely began at the conclusion of the Lyoan Civil War in 2003. The wars are the Tulossa Loyalist Insurgency, Northern Lyoa Conflict, Eastern Lyoa Conflict, and the Altaia Insurgency.
