The following is a list of football seasons of the Liga Imperial which resulted in a club ending the season undefeated. The list only includes clubs which went undefeated during the regular league season, not including non-league tournaments and friendly exhibition matches.

List of undefeated seasons

1907 CF San Salvador (1907 Liga Nacional), 12–2–0.
1910 CF Adolfosburg (1910 Liga Nacional), 14–0–0. Additionally, this is the only club to ever complete a perfect season (without losses or draws).
1915 CF Nuevo Xichútepa (1915 Liga Nacional), 21–1–0.

Although not a part of the Liga Imperial, the 1902 CF Adolfosburg finish in the 1902 Liga de Fútbol of 12–0–0 wend undefeated.
