The La'Rosada massacre occurred on 6 July 1981 near the town of La'Rosada along the border of the departments of San Juan and Castilliano. During the massacre, 15 rebels of the Militarist Front for National Liberation (FMLN) were captured and killed by rebels of the Society of Deltinian Brothers (SOHEDEL). The massacre marked the end of the FMLN's support for the Emirate of Deltino, after which, the two groups came into direct combat against each other as a part of the Deltinian Insurgency. The massacre led to the formation of the 6 July Front Against Oppression (6J–FCO).
