José Fidel Moreno y Dávalos (March 6, 1591-March 23, 1670) was a Creeperian politician who served as the Prime Minister of Creeperopolis from 1636 until 1670. He also served as the Chairman of the Liberal Party from 1636 to his death in 1670. He was a member of the First Parliament of Creeperopolis. He was the younger brother of Prime Minister Fidel Moreno Dávalos, his immediate predecessor.
