José Rodrigo Costa y Araujo, 1st Duke of Costa (22 April 1955 – 19 July 2003) was a Creeperian politician who served as the Minister of External Affairs of Creeperopolis during the Alfonsisto. He was overthrown during the 2003 Creeperian coup d'état and executed as a part of the 2003–04 purges.
