The Industry and Commerce Incentives Act 2008 (Ladin: Lege dai Motifs dles Industria y Comerz 2008 is an Act of the Parliament of Tirol passed in 2008 relating to industry subsidies and taxation. The act included a number of provisions, most significantly cutting business taxation of co-operative organisations by 20%, paid for by an increase in the taxation on non-cooperative businesses.
