Ignacio Andrés Menéndez e Morillo (January 6, 1780-June 19, 1846) was a Castilliano military general and politician who served as Provisional Prime Minister of Castilliano from December 12, 1823, to March 24, 1824. He helped Maximiliano Saelices Dávalos assume power during a coup in 1823.
In 1845, the military turned on Saelices Dávalos' government and arrested him and Menéndez Morillo on June 19, 1845, in a coup lead by exiled politicians Bernabé Sarmiento Cambeiro and Ángel Carvallo Piñón. Carvallo Piñón became Provisional Prime Minister and Sarmiento Cambeiro became Prime Minister after winning the 1846 general election. Menéndez Morillo was put on trial for treason was was found guilty on May 11, 1846, and was sentenced to death by hanging. Menéndez Morillo was executed on June 19, 1846.
