Executive Order 70219 was an executive order of the Federation of Conservative Nations signed by President New Gandor on 3 July 2019.[note 1] The executive order prohibited communication and closed embassies between the Federation of Conservative Nations and The League of Conservative Nations as there were high tensions between both regions.[1]
The executive order was a part of the larger political crisis the Federation of Conservative Nations faced from June to July 2019. It resulted in the cancelation of the embassies between the two regions and cessation of public communications, but private communications between high-ranking government officials continued. Four people left the Federation of Conservative Nations to The League of Conservative Nations as a direct result of the executive order.

Background
On 14 June 2019, members of the Federation of Conservative Nations, including Gagium, the region's founder, spammed the Regional Message Board of The League of Conservative Nations.[2] The banning cause anger in both regions, and in the Federation of Conservative Nations, a bill was passed by the Senate which would close embassies between both regions, however, President New Gandor vetoed the bill as he was in favor of keeping embassies open.[citation needed] The senate attempted to overturn the veto, but it failed to reach a 2⁄3 vote in favor to overturn the veto.[citation needed] On 20 June 2019, both regions agreed to the Five Points Agreement in an attempt to improve relations.[3][4][5]
Implementation
Embassies remained open, however, on 2 July 2019, the Five Points Agreement fell apart and tensions resumed.[citation needed] New Gandor signed into effect Executive Order 70219, closing embassies between the regions and ceasing communications between both regions.[1] All of the government officials of The League of Conservative Nations in the Federation of Conservative Nations were banned and the action was approved by the three sitting Justices of the Federation of Conservative Nations.[citation needed][better source needed][note 2]
Text
- Seeing that relations with the LCN continue to be hostile.[note 3]
- Noting that peaceful negotiations were taken "the 5 points", and how this hasn't worked.
- [Appalled] at how arguments and disputes continue on both sides[.]
- Hereby,
- I. The embassy between the FCN and LCN shall be closed effective immediately.[note 4]
- II. All LCN ambassadors, residents, and citizens be removed from the FCN, including discord (roles and people removed). Effective immediately.
- III. All FCN citizens, residents, and ambassadors leave the LCN, and their [D]iscord. Effective immediately.
Aftermath
As a direct affect of the implementation of the executive order, several members of the Federation of Conservative Nations left for The League of Conservative Nations from 3 July to 4 July 2019, the climax of the political crisis. Among the members that left include Creeperopolis, Dresderstan, Lovelton, and eventually even New Gandor who resigned on 3 July 2019.[6] Members of The League of Conservative Nations believed that the Federation of Conservative Nations would continue to collapse and other figures such as Monkaslavia, New Gandor's Vice President who ascended to President following his resignation, and New Waldensia, a highly influential Federation of Conservative Nations public figure, while members of the Federation of Conservative Nations thought those who left were "stupid."[citation needed]

The League of Conservative Nations has always placed the date of the executive order and the subsequent bans as 3 July 2019, while the Federation of Conservative Nations placed the date as 4 July 2019. Independent research by Creeperopolis, however, placed the date at 2 July 2019. Screenshots from Gagium, however, appear to show that the executive order had not been published as of 2 July 2019.
