Everett Lee "Rhett" Rose III was a Krystallic automobile executive and politican, serving as President of Krystallum from 1960 to 1964 and Secretary of Foreign Affairs from 1958-1960. Rose was highly in favor of the centralized education movement and establishing national standards for education. He was also a proponent of school choice, which many criticized was was contradictory to his views on centralized education. He was seen as highly elitist, having been educated in elite schools, born into wealth and handed down an extremely successful and wealthy company. While he supported centralized education, school-choice meant parents could choose to send their children to schools that didn't fall under those national standards. Many criticized Rose's position as "rules for thee, not for me"
