The Emirate of Helam (Deltinian: إمارة حلم; transliterated: Amarat Hilam), later the Caliphate of Deltinian Helam (Deltinian: الخلافة الدلتينية هيلام; transliterated: al-Khīlafat al-Diltiniat ‘Hilam), was a rump state of the Caliphate of Deltino.

The emirate was declared to be a caliphate by its emir, Muhammad al-Salem, after the fall of the Aljanub Caliphate in 1331. Its declaration was opposed by the Emirate of Abdan, which had also declared itself as a caliphate and resulted in the Abdaner–Helami War, and by the Emirate of Jakiz, which refused to recognize the legitimacy of either caliphate.
