Eli Mannion (November 3, 1898 - November 2, 1972) was a the 5th Ceannaire of Gjorka from 1949 to 1959 during the Second Gjorkan Republic. Mannion's tenure was a period of reform for the Second Republic, and saw the end of several of the more oppressive policies implement by his predecessors.
