2023 Copa Creeperiano |
The Campeonato de Creeperópolis – Copa Creeperiano,[note 1] simply known as the Copa Creeperiano, is an annual football competition in Creeperian football which is organized by the National Football Association (ANF).
The competition was founded in 1904, making it the oldest active Creeperian football competition played at the national level, and the second oldest intact national competition after the dormant Imperial Coronation Cup. It is considered to be one of the most prestigious national cup trophies in the world. Since the 2022–23 Liga Imperial season, the top 12 clubs of the Liga Imperial qualify for the tournament, making the tournament considered to be a tournament only accessible to Creeperopolis' most elite football clubs. Due to the restrictive nature of qualification, the Copa del Emperador was founded in 1977 allowing up to 88 clubs to participate, however, the Copa Creeperiano is still considered to be the more senior and more prestigious title.
CF Adolfosburg is the tournament's most successful club, having won 22 titles, and is the tournament's most recent champion, defeating CF San Pedro in the 2022 Copa Creeperiano Final.

History
Early history
In 1904, the National Football Association (ANF) organized the 1904 Liga Nacional, a league of Creeperian football held between five clubs: CF Adolfosburg, CF La'Libertad, CF Salvador, CF San Romero, and CF San Salvador. San Salvador was the league's champions while Adolfosburg was the runners-up. Both clubs were invited by the ANF to compete in a single match tournament called the Copa Creeperiano. The match, played at the Campo de Alfonso in San Salvador, was won by San Salvador by a score of 4–3.
