There are many conspiracy theories regarding the Holy Traditionalist Empire of Creeperopolis, the largest nation on the Southern Landmass. Creeperopolis is an authoritarian nation ruled by an absolute monarchy with Alexander II as Emperor of Creeperopolis and the Creeperans.

Basis

Most conspiracy theories about Creeperopolis operate on the basis that information about the nation's government affairs is extremely difficult to come across and that the nation heavily censors all aspects of life. Propaganda in Creeperopolis is also widely used, increasing censorship, leading many to believe the government is attempting to hide something, or even many things, from the public's attention and, most importantly, from the international community's attention.

Wars of Aggression

Many scholars[citation needed] have claimed that all the wars Creeperopolis is currently engaged in are wars of aggression initiated by the Creeperian Armed Forces.[citation needed]

Third Senvarian Insurgency

The Third Senvarian Insurgency was a civil military conflict which raged in Creeperopolis between the government and the Senvarian Liberation Front and Militarist Front for National Liberation. The war raged from October 5, 1934 to January 15, 2020, and occured at the same time as the Mara War and Castillianan Insurgency.

The fully-fledged civil conflict lasted over 85 years and has been marked by war crimes, massacres, human rights violations, and crimes against humanity on both sides.[citation needed] It is unclear which side commits the majority of these crimes.[citation needed] The war was the deadliest ongoing global conflict and was the third of a series of Senvarian insurgencies.

On September 29, 2019, a Terraconserva Council of Nations Security Council resolution was submitted by Malgax to sanction Creeperopolis due to the ongoing conflict. It was vetoed by Quebecshire.[1]

For nearly the entire duration of the war, the Creeperian government was criticized for human rights violations and war crimes against Senvarian prisoners-of-war and civilians.[citation needed]

Deltinian Insurgency

The Deltinian Insurgency is an ongoing civil military conflict raging in southern Creeperopolis between the government of Creeperopolis and Deltinian insurgents under the banner of the Emirate of Deltino. The conflict marked for the first time the Creeperian Armed Forces, Senvarian Liberation Front, Militarist Front for National Liberation, and Militarist Nationalist Front ever worked together before the end of the Third Senvarian Insurgency and the Castillianan Insurgency.

Rumors and reports claim that a Deltinian Genocide is in the works and the Deltinian Insurgency is also known for its village burnings.[citation needed] Motives for the village burnings range from racism against Creeperans, Senvarians, Sonsatepanians, Castillianans, and Deltinians, religious rivalries, and sometimes, no motive is clear.[citation needed]

FALANGE

Villagers of Dishna, one of the largest villages in Deltino home to 1,293 inhabitants, saw an army of men dressed in all black approaching on January 18, 2020. They felt relieved to know the DLA had come to protect them from Creeperian aggression. However, as the soldiers neared, the villagers realized they weren't DLA, but a death squad, several death squads bearing a red, black, and blue banner. The death squads massacred all 1,202 adult inhabitants of Dishna, male and female. The remaining 91 children were abducted by the death squads. The death squads, which later proclaimed themselves to be the Creeperian Council for Order and Stability (CCOE), a coalition of ten Creeperian death squads, then burnt down the entire village of Dishna.[2][citation needed]

The leaders of the group, Generals Francisco Bajamande Rodríguez, Gustavo Duarte Carpio, José Koné Ochelo, and Raúl Lorenzana Méndez, declared their goal and the goal of the CCOE is to spread Creeperian Catholicism south and eradicate Deltinian Islam. The group claims to have 4,000 members. Theorists have claimed that the Creeperian Armed Forces established the death squad coalition as a way to covertly commit genocide.[citation needed]

Deltinian Genocide

The Deltinian Genocide is an alleged ongoing genocide occuring in Creeperopolis where the Creeperian Armed Forces and the Fuerzas Armadas de Liberación Antideltiniano – Guerra de Eliminación, FALANGE against the Deltinian population in the south.[citation needed] The Deltinians claim that over 72,000 people have been killed by the Creeperian Army[citation needed] but the government dies the accusations.

Puppet Monarchy

Cabañeras Dynasty

One of the boldest conspiracy theories of Creeperian politics is that the monarchy of Alexander II is actually a puppet of Augusto Cabañeras Gutiérrez, the Minister of Defense of Creeperopolis.[citation needed] The theory asserts that Alexander II is just a figure head and a puppet while Augusto Cabañeras Gutiérrez holds the true power of the nation.[citation needed] Evidence provided is how Augusto Cabañeras Gutiérrez does most of the nation's foreign diplomacy, internal affairs, and represents the nation at many summits instead of the Emperor.[citation needed] Augusto Cabañeras Gutiérrez notably represented the Creeperian judge at the Trial of Alyosha Karamazov following the 2019-20 Morovan Crisis.[citation needed]

Tuxtla Martínez-Panachor

The Supreme Creeperopolis Imperial Penitentiary - Tuxtla Martínez-Panachor Maximum Correctional Facility is a Creeperian imperial prison located in Tuxtla Martínez-Panachor, Zapatista. It is the highest level security prison in Creeperopolis. Also known as SPIC Martínez or Tuxtla Martínez-Panachor, the prison is classified as “Maximum-Super Maximum” and the safety of its staff is of upmost important.

The 11,104 prisoners of SPIC Martínez spend all of their day in their cells with food being brought to them. No prisoner has ever successfully escaped SPIC Martínez, although there have been numerous escape attempts.

The facility is commonly cited as a major concern for the status of human rights in Creeperopolis and many have called it a concentration camp and extermination camp.[citation needed] The Creeperian government denies these accusations.

Prisoner Abuse

There are many accusations of abuse being committed by the guards of the prison against inmates.[citation needed] Reports of prisoner abuse at Tuxtla Martínez-Panachor are common, especially from foreign sources.[citation needed] Accusations and allegations have been made regarding the living conditions of the prison. Some claims assert that the living conditions in the prison are "not even fit for inanimate objects."[citation needed] Allegations state that prisoners are crammed into cells to the point that sitting and lying down are near impossible.[citation needed] Food is allegedly of an extremely poor quality and water is dirty.[citation needed]

Extermination Camp

On November 27, 1936, the Tuxtla Martínez-Panachor Concentration Camp was opened by the Catholic Imperial Restoration Council as a prisoner of war camp during the Creeperian Civil War.

The camp was finished in 1936 and had an initial capacity of 1,000 inmates. However, the prison became severely overpopulated, coming to hold over 4,000 prisoners-of-war at any given time. Prisoners were commonly found dead from starvation, dehydration, exhaustion, suicide, or were even murdered by prison guards.[citation needed] It was notorious nationwide for its awful living conditions and prisoner neglect.[citation needed]

By the end of the war, an estimated 11,300 prisoners died in the prison; around half were murdered intentionally and a quarter were suicides.[citation needed] The National Council for Peace and Order declared the prison was an extermination camp and had four gas chambers where hundreds were murdered each day.[citation needed]

Wheel of Misfortune

The "Wheel of Misfortune" is an alleged psychological and physical torture device at the Tuxtla Martínez-Panachor Maximum Correctional Facility.[citation needed] The allegation is that every day, a random prisoner is selected to spin a wheel with labels such as "3 days of good food, cock and ball torture, nothing, firing squad, a shower, burning, 5 minutes of free speech, waterboarding, murder an inmate, be murdered by an inmate, one day taken off of sentence, 999,999,999,999 years added to sentence, solitary confinement, spin again, medical attention, a 1 week stay at the medical ward, sunshine, castration, guard respect, hanging, gets to choose someone else to spin the wheel, whipping, 10 colóns, fight another inmate, a cell to yourself for 3 days, and no food for 3 days."[citation needed]

Many theories surround the Antonio Sáenz Heredia Air Force Base in the Imperial Depression of Creeperopolis.
