Charles Hopper was an Icarisian politician and educator who served as the State Delegate from Avalon's 1st District and State Minister of Avalon. A member of the Libertist Party, Hopper was a party leader during his political career running for the Libertist Party nomination in the 2061 presidential election. He lost the primary to Tom Kennedy. He joined Leo Mahmeti's 2065 presidential run as his vice president. They lost to Traditionalists Santiago Franco and Julio Molina.
Charless Hopper spent time out of politics during his career due to various battles with cancer. He passed away from lung cancer in 2067.
Early life and career
Charles Hopper served in the Icarisian Ground Force for his mandatory 1 year from 2032-2033 as an intelligence analyst. After leaving the Ground Force, he attended, studying business management. He immediately went to work for the State if Avalon as a business affairs and business development manager.
His involvement in the community, specifically with innovation in education, business, and healthcare, led many in his community to urge him to run for office.
