Chapman Wells was a Krystallic political theorist and revolutionary and politician who served as the first President of the Democratic Republic of Krystallum. Chapman Wells was the leader of the Democratic movement that toppled the Federal Republic.
Wells also founded Chapman Wells College in 1691 at the age of 30.
