The 'Bramstein Institute is an Icarisian public policy think tank founded in 2021 by Dennis Bramhall and Abigail Goldstein as an extension of Watford University to house and preserve historical records and data regarding Migaza and the Great War.
In 2030, Bramstein was transitioned to a public policy research institution under the direction of Abigial Goldstein and the organization's name was changed to the Bramstein Institution on Enterprise, Peace, and Security. Bramstein's unique strategy for policy analysis is utilizing historical records and precedent to observe the making of war and preserving peace, and to sustain for Icaris the safeguards of the Icarisian way of life.
