The Battle of Slavnastena is part of the Eastern Front of the OU intervention in Ajakanistan. The battle began on 3 December 2022 when paratroopers from the 1st Paratrooper Regiment landed in the city. They were reinforced by forces from the 2nd Central Division led by Major General Amelia MacGovern on 4 December. On 5 December forces from the 2nd Roscommon Division led by Major General Ted Donohoe arrived from the southwest completing an encirclement of the city by Gjorkan forces.
