The Capital of Baltanla known as Baltanla City is the Executive Capital of the Federation of Baltanla and has been since 1989 and was used as the Capital for the Baltanese Civil War being Heavily damaged from that but Recovering. The Capital inhabits 7.219 Million People in it and is apart of the Seattal Bay Belt and has the Largest Train Station in Baltanla. The City's Mayor is Dương Văn Minh

Baltanla City was founded in 920 AD As apart of the Seattal Merchant Republic but Truely made in 927 AD by Emperor Xuan Duc Nguyen of the Huea Dynasty

Dung Cai Grand Terminal
Dung Cai Grand Central Station is named after Dung Cai Nguyen the Founder of Baltanla National Railways in 1895 and the Station would be built in 1902 to Replace the Original Station. The Grand Central Station is 49 Acres Long and has 67 Tracks and 44 Platforms and is a Massive Station near the Center of Baltanla City.
The Station is Used by the BNR and the SBTA and the Southwest Express and being Served by One Subway Opreator, Baltanla City Metro. The Station was Orginally owned by BNFT.
