BIC Atlácatl, later known as the BCC Tassis, was a protected cruiser and the first built in the Atlácatl-class. The ship was the first protected cruiser ever constructed. It was laid down in April 1880, launched in June 1882, and completed in July 1883, being commissioned by the Creeperian Navy on 1 August 1883.
In December 1924, the ship was sold to Rakeo for 1.5 million pesos. The ship was scrapped at Paragon between 18 February 1958 and 28 October 1962.
