The Aushbaugh Corporation, was founded in Krystallum in 1925. After a series of mergers and alliances, Aushbaugh is currently part of the autmobile conglomerate, Niravax which was formed in 2021.

History
Aushbaugh purchased Pershing and Son Company in 1928 and it was since been a mainline brand for Aushbaugh. In the 1987, Aushbaugh purchased the Krystallic Pioneer Company and has also been a flagship brand for Aushbaugh.
Köhler-Aushbaugh years (1998-2007)
In 1998, Zallanian company Köhler-Bauer AG bought Aushbaugh which was suffering a financial depression. The merged Köhler-Aushbaugh split up in 2007.
Utam-Aushbaugh years (2014-2021)
After 7 years of financial downturn for Ausbaugh following the break up of Köhler-Ausbaugh, Ausbaugh was bought by Utam to form the major automobile conglomerate Utam-Aushbaugh.
Niravax creation and modern day (2021-present)
Utam-Aushbaugh merged with the Beaufort-Spire Group in 2021 to create the Niravax company.
