Armando Néstor Rivera y Obregón (1396 – 18 August 1457) was a Creeperian conquistador and military officer who served as the second Captain General of San Juan from 1435 to 1457. He is known for ordering the Susla genocide in 1434 and was killed in action during the Battle of Chupas.
