Armando Xavier Pacheco y Jalisco (1 July 1920 – 11 February 1991) was a Creeperian military officer. He is most well know for being the father of Víctor Pacheco Durán and the grandfather of Alberto Pacheco Hernández, two individuals considered among the best footballers in the history of the Liga Imperial and the Creeperopolis national football team.
