Antonio Manuel Gisbert Alcabú (March 3, 1967-June 18, 2020) was the President of Creeperopolis of the Creeperian Government-in-Exile from February 23, 2020, until his execution on June 18, 2020. Gisbert Alcabú was a former Lieutenant Colonel in the Creeperian Army who joined the Free Creeperian Army and the Revolutionary Government Junta for Creeperian Reorganization during the 2020 Creeperian Putsch. After the coup failed, he fled to Lyoa and sought refuge in territory held by the National Coalition of Lyoan Opposition Forces. He declared himself President on February 19, 2020, after proclaiming the provisional government of the government-in-exile. A Parliament and appointed Andrés Andino Cazalla as his Prime Minister.
