The 2026 Copa Sur is the scheduled 28th edition of the Copa Sur, the quadrennial international men's football championship of Sur organized by the Confederation of Surian Football (CONFUSUR).

Host selection

The bidding process for the 2026 Copa Sur occurred on 1 November 2020. The CONFUSUR Executive Committee voted for the host in a secret ballot (however, the voting results were later leaked in 2019), with a simple majority required to determine the host. In the event of a tie, the bid with the fewest votes will be eliminated. Creeperopolis was ineligible to host, as it was already assigned to host the 2022 Copa Sur Centennial. Additionally, Sequoyah was banned from hosting the tournament after international sanctions were placed on the nation following the legalization of slavery in April 2020.
