The 1991 OFL Continental Cup was the seventh edition of the OFL Continental Cup, the quadrennial international men's football championship of Ostlandet organized by the OFL. This was the first edition of the cup to feature invitees from other conferences. This was also the first and only edition where a non-OFL team won the cup.
