The 1975 OFL Continental Cup was the third edition of the OFL Continental Cup, the quadrennial international men's football championship of Ostlandet organized by the OFL. Due to the number of teams participating being prime, this edition of the cup was the first to include the "knockout group", a second chance at the knockout round for teams who earn second place in a group of three. This edition was also the first time the first and sixth seed met in the finals of the knockout round.
